This software training course provides instruction for the IHS Harmony interface common to IHS RTA and IHS DeclinePlus and for production data analysis using traditional methods such as decline and material balance.

Course Details

Length: One day, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Who Should Attend: Engineers and technologists involved in any of the following areas: exploitation, reserves, production/operations and well testing.

Prerequisites: Basic Windows navigation skills

Tuition: $800.00 CAD/USD. All Canadian courses are subject to GST. This course is available to in-house groups on request. Please contact us to request a quote.

Location: All courses are held in our Calgary, Alberta and Houston, Texas training centers

Instructors

Brian Ho, P. Eng.
Mr. Ho graduated with a B.Sc. in electrical engineering. He is a technical advisor and his key responsibilities are to provide software training and technical support for IHS DeclinePlus and IHS RTA. He is also an analyst in the IHS Eagle Ford Community of Best Practice.

James MacDonald
Mr. McDonald is a technical advisor whose key responsibilities are to provide technical support and training for IHS DeclinePlus, IHS RTA, and IHS VirtuWell. Previous experience includes working with the development teams for IHS VirtuWell and IHS Harmony as well as over 6 years of wireline experience.

Kristina Epp, EIT
Ms. Epp graduated with a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering and is a technical engineer for IHS DeclinePlus. Her key responsibilities include software training, support and technical development of IHS Harmony.

Ralph McNeil, P. Eng.
Mr. McNeil is a senior technical advisor. His primary responsibilities include software training, support, technical development, and mentoring. Ralph has over 30 years of experience in reservoir engineering, property evaluations, modeling gathering systems, and software development.

Zubin Maliel, B.Sc.
Mr. Maliel graduated with a B.Sc. in Physics. He is a technical advisor and his key responsibilities are to provide software training and technical support for the IHS DeclinePlus and IHS RTA applications. He is also an analyst in the IHS Eagle Ford Community of Best Practice.
