Mr. Will focuses on market due diligence, competitive and market analysis, feasibility and prefeasibility studies, and techno-economics. He has made numerous presentations at oilfield chemicals, color pigments, fluorspar, and fluorine chemical conferences. He joined IHS as part of the acquisition of SRI Consulting in 2010. From 1989 until the acquisition by IHS in 2010, he led and participated in a variety of specialty and inorganic chemical consulting projects, including Fluorspar, Fluosilicic acid, Hydrofluoric acid, Fluorocarbons, Fluoropolymers, Pigments, Oil Field Chemicals, Hydraulic Fracturing Chemicals, Water Treatment Chemicals, Cellulose Ethers, Specialty Chemicals, Silicones, Water-soluble polymers, Hydrocolloids, Minerals & Inorganic Chemicals, Pesticides, Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal, Solvent Recovery. Earlier in his career, he also authored multiclient reports for the Chemical Economics Handbook and Specialty Chemicals Update Programs. Previously, he worked in industrial chemical distribution sales at Van Waters and Rogers, serving paints and coatings, food, compounding/formulating and electronics accounts, as well as chemical recycling and disposal services. Mr. Will holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley, California, U.S., and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Hayward, California, U.S.
