She joined IHS in December 2014, when IHS acquired Infonetics Research—a premier global communications technology market research firm. She has more than 20 years of experience as a telecommunications industry analyst, professional journalist and marketing executive. As a directing analyst at Infonetics, she led the service enablement and subscriber intelligence research unit. Her specialties include service delivery platforms (SDPs), subscriber data management (SDM), convergent charging, deep packet inspection (DPI), as well as big data and analytics, IT/network environment virtualization, changing service delivery infrastructure, and new service models (SaaS, hosted services, third-party providers). A consultant, speaker and thought leader, she is regularly quoted in the press, including Business Week, Billing World, FierceWireless, Converge!, Network Digest and RCR Wireless.
Prior to Infonetics, Ms. Levine was a marketing manager with TeleManagement Forum, a senior analyst for IDC and a senior research analyst for Stratecast. Earlier in her career, she was the executive editor for America's Network magazine, an editor of Telecom Investor and a senior editor at Telephony magazine. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Amherst College, Massachusetts, US, and a Master of Journalism (MSJ) from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, US.
