Within Automotive at IHS Markit, Mario is responsible for production volume forecast, market and technology analysis of the Light Vehicle Production environment in Europe, with a deeper focus on German OEMs.
Prior to working at IHS Markit, Mario Franjičević was employed by Daimler AG, BMW Group Japan and Mitsumi Electronics, where he specialized in market research, price-/volume planning and product strategy of automotive OEMs and suppliers.
Graduate of Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences Nürtingen. Alumnus of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) – “SP Japan Programme”. The scholarship was founded in 1984 and focuses on tightening business and cultural relations between Germany and Japan in an 18 month stay in Japan.
Reinhard Schorsch is Director of Advisory Services within IHS Automotive. He has 15 years of experience in automotive forecasting and consulting. Reinhard and his teams support OEMs and suppliers in sales and powertrain planning and scenarios, they conduct product portfolio and new launch assessments, as well as vehicle in operations forecasting. Prior to joining IHS, Reinhard provided consulting services to automotive firms while working for a leading strategy consulting firm. He also served as a director of a global customer satisfaction research company. Reinhard received his diploma in economics from the University of Hohenheim.
