Each index is a proprietary metric developed using the data and tools collected and managed by IHS and is published on a consistent and frequent basis as a service to our customers.

UCCI

IHS Upstream Capital Costs Index (UCCI)
The IHS UCCI tracks the costs of equipment, facilities, materials and personnel (both skilled and unskilled) used in the construction of a geographically diversified portfolio of 28 onshore, offshore, pipeline and LNG projects. It is similar to the consumer price index (CPI) in that it provides a clear, transparent benchmark tool for tracking and forecasting a complex and dynamic environment. UOCI

IHS Upstream Operating Costs Index (UOCI)
The IHS UOCI measures cost changes in the oil and gas field operations arena. It is similar to the consumer price index (CPI) in that it provides a clear, transparent benchmark tool for tracking and forecasting a complex and dynamic environment. DCCI

IHS Downstream Capital Costs Index (DCCI)
The IHS DCCI tracks the costs of equipment, facilities, materials and personnel (both skilled and unskilled) used in the construction of a geographically diversified portfolio of 40 refining and petrochemical construction projects. It is similar to the consumer price index (CPI) in that it provides a clear, transparent benchmark tool for tracking and forecasting a complex and dynamic environment. NAPCCI

The IHS North American Power Capital Costs Index (NAPCCI)
Leveraging the IHS Index + Scenarios methodology, the NAPCCI tracks and forecasts the costs associated with the construction of a portfolio of 30 different power generation plants in North America. The NAPCCI tracks the costs of building coal, gas, wind and nuclear power plants, indexed to year 2000. The NAPCCI is a work product of the IHS North American Power Capital Costs Service, an annual renewable service managed by IHS. The IHS European Power Capital Costs Index (EPCCI)

NACI

The IHS Energy North America Cost Service (NACS) is designed to help clients effectively monitor, forecast and manage major capital investment costs for North American conventional and nonconventional well costs, and deepwater Gulf of Mexico (GOM) field development. IHS tracks the performance of onshore markets in drilling, completions, facilities and operating costs. Offshore markets include rigs overview, vessels, subsea and equipment and operating costs.
