Maggie Jia joined Cheniere Singapore since March 2015 and previously she has spent more than 10 years in LNG industry based both in London and Singapore.
She started her LNG career by joining Mitsui London in June 2004 as a LNG trader and was later on in charge of European market downstream business development. In September 2010 Maggie Jia joined Morgan Stanley gas and power team based in London as a LNG trader and was reallocated to Singapore to expand LNG business in Asia Pacific region. Due to the regulatory constrains to expand physical business in the banking sector, Maggie Jia, together with the whole LNG team moved to one of the largest commodity trading firm Glencore to set up LNG business in September 2013.
Maggie Jia graduated from Dalian foreign Language institute and received Master Degree in International Business from University of London, Birkbeck.
Wheeler began his career as an exploration geologist in Houston, Texas in 1980. Between 1980 and 1994, he worked in the U.S. in a number of technical and supervisory positions, located in Midland, Texas, New Orleans, Lafayette, Louisiana and Houston, Texas.
Between 1989 and 1995, Wheeler headed up Conoco’s exploration program in the mid-continent region of the US, based out of Midland, Texas. In 1995, he moved to Jakarta to lead Conoco’s exploration effort in Indonesia. In 2000, he transferred to Stavanger, Norway where he held the position of Exploration Vice President for Conoco Norway. In 2002, Wheeler returned to Jakarta as Vice President of Exploration and Exploitation for ConocoPhillips Indonesia. He was responsible for the subsurface development of the company’s major Natuna Sea, East Java and South Sumatra projects, as well as all exploration activities. During this time, he was a member of ConocoPhillips' Global Exploration Leadership Team, where he had responsibility for the company’s exploration activities for the Asia Pacific region.
In 2005, Wheeler moved to Kuala Lumpur, as President of ConocoPhillips Malaysia where he oversaw the start-up and growth of ConocoPhillips’ Malaysia business unit. In Feburary 2015, Wheeler transferred to Beijing, China where he is currently serving as President of ConocoPhillips China, overseeing the ongoing production, development and exploration work in and around our producing assets in Bohai Bay & South China Sea.
Wheeler received a master of science, with honors, in geology from Washington State University in 1980. For undergraduate studies, he attended University of California, Berkeley and St. Lawrence University in New York.

Dr. Sun used to serve as the Dept. Director of Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Ministry of Petroleum Industry, Director of CNPC International Cooperation Bureau, Vice President of CNODC, Ex-president and Chairman of CNPC Nile Ltd., Ex-Chairman of CNPC Uzbekistan Company, Ex-Chairman of CNPC Azerbaijan Company, Ex-President of PetroDar Operation Ltd., Ex-President of the Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Ltd., Ex-President of Senning UK Ltd., and Ex-Chairman of Central Asia Petroleum Company, Executive Vice Chairman of the Economic Committee of China Petroleum Society, Executive Director General of the Editor Board of the International Petroleum Economics.

Ping Lee is President and General Manager of BG Group China. Dr. Lee joined BG Group in 2011 and is responsible for BG Group E&P activities, marketing and business development, and company’s corporate functions in relation to China. Prior to joining BG Group, he held a number of senior management positions with Schlumberger, including President of Schlumberger China; Director of Human Resources of Schlumberger Wireline; President of SchlumbergerSema North Asia; and Managing Director of SchlumbergerSema Financial Services, Asia Pacific.

Professor Xiaonan Ji, Ph.D in Economics, supervisor of Ph.D candidates. He is the former Deputy Director of the Department of Policies, Laws and Regulations of the Ministry of Personnel of China, the former Director of the Department of Policies, Laws and Regulations of the State Property Management Commission of the State Council, and the former Director of the Research Office of the State Property Management Commission of the State Council. Since November 2004, He has been the Chairman of Board of Supervisors (Vice-Ministerial level) of key large-scale state-owned enterprises directly under the State Council. He has been the deputy leader of the Central 9th Inspection Team in July-October, 2015. Professor Xiaonan Ji has participated in the drafting of many documents directly issued by the central authorities of China. His research focuses on the reform of the economic system, the reform and development of enterprises, and the development of regional economy. His works mainly include: Seeking for Effective Combination, Seeking for New Development, Ten Views on Insisting on and Improving the Economic System, Enterprise Performance and System Selection, Antimonopoly Laws Study in China (editor in chief), and Theory and Practice of Operation and Management of State-Owned Assets (editor in chief). Professor Xiaonan Ji has published more than one hundred papers on Economic Daily and other mainstream media.
David Hsu joined IHS in October 2011 as the General Manager of Greater China. He leads the sales organization and is responsible for revenue target achievement, business growth and operation setup to meet company’s strategic goals in the region. David oversees the comprehensive IHS portfolio sales in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. He also acts as the primary representative of IHS to local industry and community in this geo market. Besides of his business responsibility, David also coordinates the leadership team across IHS sites in Greater China to ensure maximum team collaboration and colleague engagement.
Prior to joining IHS, David had 20 years of working experience with several multinational companies in semiconductor industry in the region of Asia Pacific (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea & Southeast Asian countries) where he gained strong experience in sales/marketing functions covering broad range of product lines. Besides of that, he also has experiences in other aspects including establishing business model, managing operation flow, new product development and set up long-term strategic directions for a start-up company. David received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University in New York, USA.

Mr. Li Ye has served as the Chief Economist of the National Energy Administration of China since November 2012. Previously, Mr. Li served as the Director General of the Energy Conservation and Science Technology and Outfits Department of the NEA. He received his Master’s degree in electric engineering from Hunan University. Mr. Li’s career has been always related to the Chinese energy sector. He is experienced in the management of science and technological aspects of the energy industry. Mr. Li has successively served in the Ministry of Machinery Industry, China Xidian Group, the State Economic & Trade Commission, the National Development & Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration of China.

Senior Engineer, has been working in China’s petroleum and petrochemical industry for nearly 25 years. He acted as Deputy GM of Daqing Petrochemical in Sep., 1999, served as GM and Deputy Party Secretary of Daqing Petrochemical in Dec., 2001, worked as GM and Party Secretary of Lanzhou Petrochemical in Sep., 2003, and held positions of GM, Deputy Party Secretary of Lanzhou Petrochemical and GM of Lanzhou Petroleum and Chemical Company. From Sep., 2008 to date, he has been Vice President and Party Group Member of CNPC. In Feb., 2008, Mr. Yu was elected deputy to the 11th National People’s Congress.

Keisuke Sadamori was appointed Director of the Energy Markets and Security Directorate on 3 September 2012.
Prior to joining the IEA, Mr. Sadamori, a Japanese national, held many senior positions at the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and most recently was Deputy Director-General at the Minister’s Secretariat.
Mr. Sadamori served as the executive assistant to Prime Minister Kan in 2011, when the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami hit Japan, causing the Fukushima Nuclear Plant Accident. Before this, he worked on international energy affairs and was the representative of the Government of Japan in such fora as the IEA Governing Board in 2008 and 2009. He also served as the chief negotiator for trade and investment agreements with Asian countries in 2009 and 2010.
Mr. Sadamori received an LL.B. from University of Tokyo in 1983, and an M.P.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University in 1990.

Nobuo Tanaka is currently the Global Associate for Energy Security and Sustainability at the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan (IEEJ) since September 1 of 2011. He is also Professor, Graduate School of Public Policy, the University of Tokyo as of April 1, 2013. He is Advisor, Natural Gas Infrastructure Development and Utilization Committee of Japan. As Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA) from 2007 to 2011, he oversaw a seminal period in the Agency’s work and direction. Under his leadership, the IEA initiated a collective release of oil stocks in June 2011. He also played a crucial and personal role in the strengthening of ties with major IEA non‐ Member energy players, including China, India, Russia and South Africa.
He began his career in 1973 in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) in Tokyo, and has served in a number of high‐ranking positions in METI, including Director‐General of the Multilateral Trade System Department and Director for International Nuclear Energy Policy of the Natural Resources and Energy Agency. He was deeply engaged in a range of trade and economic issues with the US as Minister for Industry, Trade and Energy at the Embassy of Japan, Washington DC from 1998 to 2000. He has also served as Director for Science, Technology and Industry (DSTI) of the Paris‐based international organization, OECD before the appointment to the IEA.

Mr. Mao Jiaxiang graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering of Zhejiang University in 1982 and used to hold positions at the Petroleum Planning and Designing Institute of the Ministry of Petroleum Industry and the SinoPec Planning & Engineering Institute. As a professor-level senior engineer, he is the Vice President of SinoPec Research Institute of Economics and Technology and Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Consulting Company. Mr. Mao has long been engaged in development strategy, development planning, market analysis and project evaluation activities in the petrochemical industry. He has participated in and organized development of five-year plans of both the petrochemical industry and Sinopec for multiple times. He has published multiple papers on Chinese and international periodicals and forums. Over the recent years, Mr. Mao has led and directed research projects for relevant government authorities such as “Petroleum Reserve Strategy”, “Outline of National ‘10th Five-Year Plan’ Development Planning for the Petrochemical Industry”, “China’s Petroleum Demand Forecast” and “Integrated Layout of China’s Petrochemical Industry” as well as development of SinoPec projects such as “Headquarters Supply Chain Optimization Model”, “SinoPec System for Oil Price and Market Prediction”, “SinoPec Warning System for Major Petrochemical Products” and “SinoPec Refinery Ethylene Benchmarking System”, which have resulted in multiple award-winning achievements.

Having graduated from ESSEC (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) in Paris, he spent 2 years in the French Embassy in Beijing, China, before joining Total in 1985, first in Finance then in the Gas Division as Manager of Total Abu Dhabi Gas Ventures.
He was subsequently posted in Japan, Indonesia and Qatar where he spent five years including four in Qatargas Commercial Division.
After returning to Total head office in Paris in 2006 as Vice President Gas & Power LNG Portfolio, he was appointed in September 2007 President of Total Gas & Power Ventures in China based in Beijing; following the Total group reorganization mid-2012, he also became China Representative for New Energies. Total has delivered over the past 5 years more than 5 MT of LNG to China.
Professor of China University of Petroleum at Beijing and a Ph.D. in Finance from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Dr. WANG now is Deputy Director-General of CNPC Policy Research Office. Dr. WANG was a Fulbright Visiting Research Scholar at Darden Graduate School of Business, UVA and the Chief Expert of one Key Project of Philosophy and Social Sciences Research at the Chinese Ministry of Education. As a leading expert in the energy issues, Dr. Wang was invited to speak at global energy conferences and is the recipient of the 9th Global Finance Conference best paper award, Peking University best doctoral dissertation award and China National Energy Administration Research Award. Dr. Wang published more than 80 academic papers and 30 articles in the Chinese mainstream news.

Mr. YANG Lei graduated from the Department of Geology of Northwest University and the Basin and Reservoir Research Center of China University of Petroleum. He is a Doctor of Philosophy in Geography. He has served China National Offshore Oil Corporation South China Sea Eastern Company, State Development Planning Commission and National Energy Administration and has been mainly engaged in the research and development of oil and gas policy. He has been dedicated to boosting gas industry development, oil & gas reformation and global energy management.
李俊峰先生 1982 年毕业于山东矿院（现山东科技大学）电气工程系， 获工科学士学位。李俊峰先生长期从事能源经济和能源环境理论的 研究，先后组织并主持了我国可再生能源法、国家中长期可再生能 源规划的起草工作、参与了国家中长期科技发展纲要、国家中长期 能源规划、能源法草案、国家应对气候变化方案等重要文件的研究 和起草工作。他还担任国家高技术计划专家委员会委员、环境保护 部科技委员会委员。
1982-2011 年，李俊峰先生曾在国家发展改革委能源研究所工作，先 后担任助理研究员、副研究员和研究员，所长助理、副所长和学术 委员会主任等职。主要论著有：《中国能源问题研究》、《中国温室气 体排放控制问题研究》、《中国可再生能源技术评价》、《风力-12 在中 国》、《中华人民共和国可再生能源解读》、《中国光伏发电技术市场 分析》、《我国可再生能源发展战略问题研究》等。
Mr. Li Junfeng is currently serving as the director general of National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation of China and the president of Chinese Renewable Energy Industries Association. Mr. Li has dedicated his 30-year career life to energy economy and energy environment studies. He was in charge of the structure and drafting of China’s Renewable Energy Law. He also participated in the research and drafting of the China’s Energy Law and China’s National Climate Change Program.Mr. Li served as the Deputy Director General of Energy Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Chair of the Academic Committee of ERI for more than 10 years.

Mr. SHI Ze is a famous international experts. he is senior research fellow and director Center for international energy strategy studies at CIIS. He is also a standing director of the Chinese Center for Shanghai Cooperation Organization Studies, the Chinese Society for Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian Studies. After joining the CIIS in 1983, Mr. Shi had served as deputy director of the Division for Soviet Union and East European Studies, director of the Division for Comprehensive Studies, and Vice President of CIIS successively from 1994 to 2000. From 2000 to early 2011, he served as Counselor in Chinese embassies in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Russia successively. He enjoys special allowance from the Chinese Central Government. Mr. Shi obtained a BA in Russian language and literature from Xi’an Foreign Languages Institute (now renamed as Xi’an International Studies University), and a MA in world history from Peking University.

吴士存院长致力于南海问题研究 20 多年，长期从事南海史地、海洋 划界、国际关系与地区安全战略等跨领域研究，曾参与中越北部湾划 界谈判，主持相关课题 100 余项。出版了《南海问题面面观（修订版）》、 《中菲南海争议 10 问》、《南沙争端的起源与发展》、《南海资料索引》、 《南海地区年度形势评估报告》和英文专著《解决南海争端与推进地 区合作发展—中国视角》等中英文著作 20 余部；发表论文和时评 100 多篇。
Wu Shicun has a PhD in history and is president and senior research fellow of China’s National Institute for South China Sea Studies, deputy director of the Collaborative Innovation Center of South China Sea Studies, Nanjing University, and member of Foreign Policy Advisory Group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
Dr Wu’s research interests cover the history and geography of the South China Sea, maritime delimitation, maritime economy, international relations and regional security strategy. His main single-authored books include What One Needs to Know about the Disputes between China and the Philippines (Current Affairs Press,2015), What One Needs to Know about the South China Sea (Current Affairs Press,2015),Solving Disputes for Regional Cooperation and Development in the South China Sea: A Chinese perspective(Woodhead Publishing, 2013). His main edited books include: UN Convention on the Law of the Sea and the South China Sea (Ashgate,2015), Non-Traditional Security Issues and the South China Sea-Shaping a New Framework for Cooperation (Ashgate,2014), Recent Developments in the South China Sea Dispute: The Prospect of a Joint Development Regime(Routledge,2014) et al. Dr Wu has published widely in academic journals and been the subject of frequent media interviews as a senior commentator on South China Sea, and other regional security issues.
Samer AlAshgar 曾担任沙特阿美石油公司 EXPEC 高级研究中心（EXPEC ARC）负责人。2009 年以来，他一直主管沙特阿美石油公司的上游研 发工作，负责沙特阿美石油公司油气藏勘探、开发、生产等上游关键 技术。

Samer AlAshgar was previously the head of Saudi Aramco’s EXPEC Advanced Research Center (EXPEC ARC), where since 2009 he led Saudi Aramco’s upstream research and development efforts, developing key upstream technologies for the exploration, development, and production of Saudi Aramco’s oil and gas reservoirs.
He expanded the R&D business portfolio internally and globally through the establishment of several research centers in North America, Europe and Asia, with many cutting-edge technologies in exploration petroleum engineering becoming realities during his tenure. In addition to responsibility for over 400 scientists from various disciplines, Samer oversaw and encouraged EXPEC ARC’s collaboration with other international scientific and research institutions, and independent researchers.
Samer began his Saudi Aramco career as an Engineer and has held several management positions. He has broad oil and gas experience spanning from facility operations to production and reservoir engineering. Before joining EXPEC ARC, he was head of the Oil and Gas Production Planning Division, responsible for the long-term strategy of the Company's portfolio of oil and gas reserves.
He has a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Tulsa, a Master’s degree in petroleum engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has also completed several leadership and management programs.

Ann is Vice President, LNG Supply and Optimisation for BG Group and responsible for BG’s global LNG operating business.
Ann has more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. During her career, she has covered upstream and downstream operations in oil, gas and LNG.
Prior to joining BG Group, she worked for Mobil, ExxonMobil and Tractebel LNG in various commercial and managerial capacities.
Ann joined BG Group in 2004. Prior to taking her current role, she managed commercial and business development activities in Nigeria, Kazakhstan and European oil and gas.
Ann graduated from Imperial College in London with a degree in Chemistry and another in Management Science.
自 1982 年起，先后在中国海洋石油渤海公司、美国 CATERPILLAR 中 国有限公司、中国海洋石油有限公司、中国海洋石油（新加坡）国 际有限公司、中海油中石化联合国际贸易公司、中海油气电集团有 限责任公司工作，担任过钻井平台轮机长、行业（能源）分析员、 石油交易员、中外合资企业总裁，目前担任中海油气电集团贸易分 公司总经理，负责中海油天然气的市场规划、拓展，天然气资源的 采购及销售等工作。

Mr. Zhu, born in 1962, is a Senior Engineer, obtained B.S. degree in Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and received MBA degree from Nankai University. Mr. Zhu joined CNOOC in 1982 and has working experience for CNOOC Bohai Corp., Caterpillar (China) Investment Co. Ltd., CNOOC Limited, CNOOC Trading (Singapore) Pte Ltd, CNOOC-SINOPEC United International Trading Co. He held a number of posts including chief engineer(drilling rig), energy industry analyst, oil trader and the president of Dapeng LNG Marketing Co., Ltd. (a Sino-foreign Joint Venture) before assuming his current role.
