American Gas Association (AGA)

AGA creates standards for the design, installation and maintenance of natural gas operations.

  • The American Gas Association (AGA) publishes standards that specify natural gas distribution, delivery and measurement systems in the following areas:

    • Design
    • Installation
    • Maintenance

    AGA publications are consistent with the latest requirements and reflect the best and most accurate natural gas industry information available.

    Included in this collection are the National Fuel Gas Code and its companion document, National Fuel Gas Code Handbook. The collection also contains the B109 series of metering standards, describing gas displacement meters and gas service regulators. Also included is the GPTC Guide for Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping Systems.
