Sara Johnson is Senior Research Director of Global Economics with IHS Global Insight. In this role, she helps clients assess worldwide business and financial opportunities and risks. Ms. Johnson co-authors the Global Executive Summary, manages the Executive Strategy Council and presents the IHS economic outlook to international conferences. She was previously North American Research Director and Chief Regional Economist with Standard & Poor’s DRI, a predecessor of IHS Global Insight.
Ms. Johnson holds a BA in economics and mathematics from Wellesley College and an MA in economics from Harvard University with concentrations in finance and macroeconomic theory.
Ms. Johnson is a director of the NABE Foundation and a former director of the National Association for Business Economics. She is a member of The Boston Economic Club and American Economic Association.

Tony Potter is the Managing Director for the Middle East and India region of IHS Chemical Consulting, based in Dubai. Tony joined CMAI, now an IHS company, in March of 2006, as Director, Olefins Studies - Europe, Middle East & Africa, and also had the responsibility for managing CMAI’s Düsseldorf office. Tony transfered to his current responsibilities in Dubai in 2009.
Tony has thirteen years of petrochemical industry experience combined with over sixteen years of global consulting experience. Prior to joining CMAI, he was an independent consultant specializing in competitive intelligence and economic analysis of the oil, petrochemical and polymer industries. From 1983 until 1996, he was employed by Exxon Chemical Europe, in a range of engineering, operations management and planning management roles.
Tony has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College of Science and Technology, London.

Michael Stoppard, Managing Director of Global Gas for IHS CERA, is a specialist in the international gas business. Responsible for the IHS CERA global and interregional analysis of liquefied natural gas, including business models and LNG trading and shipping, Mr. Stoppard led the company into LNG with the study.
