Intermat OptiX solution is a multi-tiered process in order to closely examine current MRO requirements and ascertain appropriate recommendations.

• Pre-Assessment to include the scope and location(s) of the assessment, an online survey, and necessary data collection and analysis. This pre-assessment occurs approximately one week prior to the on-site workshop. 
• A three-day workshop to assess a company's current MRO supply chain and operational practices, including interviews, observations, document review and data collection. 
• An MRO supply chain performance model (provided after the workshop), which includes a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating critical capabilities. 
• A high-level practical path forward that includes recommendations for improved MRO material availability and supply surety, while minimizing investments. This report is received approximately five days after the on-site workshop.
