IHS Fairplay can deliver vessel-tracking data in four different formats:

1. Live Data

• Live feed of specific area data - from a global feed down to a specific terminal - directly into your in-house application from anywhere in the world where we have an AIS receiver installed
• Data streamed in native NMEA0183 format, the international standard for AIS messages
• Also available as a live feed in raw NME0183 format in a format suitable for your applications, such as XML, CSV and XLS
• If you have access to Google Earth Pro, you can send us a KMZ file, and we can stream everything in that zone direct to you

2. Clean Data

• IHS Fairplay will check abbreviated vessel names or incomplete IMO numbers against our proprietary ship data, correct any anomalies and send the clean data to clients for use in their applications

3. iFrame Data

• IHS Fairplay can isolate specific vessels on the AISLive servers and display them in an iFrame, a window generated by AISLive and appearing in a third party application
• Clients, such as ferry operators, use iFrame data to show the specific locations of specific vessels, enabling them to predict an ETA for their passengers that is more accurate than a timetable
