Comply Plus offers two web-based tools that allow you to access, update and review MSDS’s through one managed database:

• Comply Plus for MSDS Management (Regulatory Compliance)
  A web-based solution for material safety compliance, featuring an easy-to-use, intuitive interface. Your MSDS is organized into a simple, searchable database that your employees can access whenever they need.
• Comply Plus for MSDS Management (Full Compliance Solution)
  The core functionality needed to manage chemicals across your enterprise in a framework flexible enough to accommodate diverse and evolving business needs. The platform is built from the ground up for handling MSDS management, chemical inventory tracking and chemical approval as well as complex global regulatory requirements and reporting on an enterprise-wide basis.

  Print single or multiple MSDS in a variety of formats.

  Platform has the capability to simultaneously support different users across the enterprise in their native languages, facilitating user adoption. The Comply Plus platform is available in 17 languages including Azerbaijani, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Dutch, English, Flemish, French, French Canadian, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish.
• Regulatory list matching
  Numerous global regulatory lists are included and maintained as part of the Comply Plus system, allowing you to easily match your chemical inventory against these regulatory lists. The system also allows companies to load and maintain their own chemical lists (e.g. banned substances) for list matching tasks and reporting.
• Reporting
  A wide variety of reports are available in the system to provide the data you need. Many reports include various filters, sorting and other options. Report formats include Excel, Crystal and tab delimited.
• Security
  User access controls and security are in place to maintain data integrity. Various application access points allow administrator control of view and edit privileges.
• Simple Search-View-Print Functionality
  The system can be configured to present a basic user interface for ease of operation by end users.
• Search Tools
  Multiple search methods are available in the application, including search by manufacturer name, product name, product type, ingredient or CAS# based on the level of data indexed.
