  • Aviation handbooks and manuals are available through IHS. The information contained within these publications is used by professionals in many aspects of aviation and are published by several government and private organizations, such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the North Atlantic Operations Managers (NAT OPS MGRS).
