Wind Energy Standards & Documents
Updated September 24, 2008
Wind energy standards address turbines, gearboxes, power station equipment, certification, WECS, offshore structures, interconnection and other topics.
A selected list of wind energy standards is displayed below.
These standards were developed by the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA), British Standards Institution (BSI), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), Deutsches Institut für Normung e.V (DIN), Danish Standards Association (DS), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc. (IEEE).
