, Senior Manager for IHS Aerospace & Defense

Regan Chambers, Senior Manager for IHS Aerospace & Defense, is responsible for management of the IHS DS Market Forecasts and the Intelligence Market Forecast. He has been with IHS since 2005.

Previously, he was employed by State Street Corp, where he was head of their Competitive Intelligence Group, and he also served in the Navy for 28 years, retiring as a Captain in Naval Intelligence.

Mr. Chambers holds a BA in Foreign Affairs and an MA in Strategic Studies, graduating with distinction in advanced research.
