Volunteerism at the IHS Global Success Conference

As part of our 2012 Global Success Conference, IHS colleagues basked in the sun while volunteering in community service events at the Po‘ipu Beach Park, Kawaikini Charter School, Maka‘uwahi Cave Reserve, National Tropical Botanical Garden and the Kilohana Plantation.
Un Kilo De Ayuda
(Mexico City, 2012)
IHS Colleagues were recognized for their donation of 1,367 pounds of food to the Un Kilo de Ayuda charity that seeks to end child malnutrition in Mexico.
Back-to-School Assistance and Computer Lab Donation
(Phoenix, AZ, 2011)
The Tempe office Sustainability Team was recognized in the North Central Phoenix news for their contributions to Midtown Primary School, particularly the recent Back-to-School supply drive and a donation of a computer lab.
Girl Scouts learn about STEM careers
(Houston, TX, 2012) Girl Scouts visited our Houston IHS office to learn about careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). As part of Geoscience Day and the Girl Scouts ToGetHerThere, Scouts learned about the fundamental of geology, lithology, wave theory, and well logging.
IHS Donation Boosts Foodbank Supplies (Bracknell and Tetbury, UK, 2012)
The IHS Bracknell office donated 92.8kg of food and £500 to the local food bank. While, IHS Tetbury delivered 56kg of food to the Stroud District Foodbank.
