In her position, Nuris studies how manufacturing enterprises manage processes, people, and technologies to address continually changing market pressures. Her expertise lies in creating and promoting thought leadership that has helped re-define how the most successful manufacturing companies manage their businesses. Her research helps assist industrial organizations to more effectively manage energy, environment, and safety in their operations. Her current research focus includes: corporate sustainability, safety automation, industrial networking, risk management and project management.
Prior to joining Aberdeen, Nuris worked as an application engineer for Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC).
Nuris holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and earned an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.

Mr. Lunsford is a North American Manager of Solution Engineering for IHS, specializing in Operational Risk Management. He applies his 14 years of industry experience and his M.B.A in strategic management and information systems consulting to help companies drive their Operational Excellence programs. In his current role, Mr. Lunsford designs business solutions, provides operational risk expertise, delivers solution content information, and facilitates workshops for the IHS EHS & Sustainability Practice. Previously, he has led major, global software implementations and worked closely with customers to maximize the value obtained from IHS solutions.
