Jagdish Rebello
, Research Director Analyst, Technology
Jagdish Rebello, Research Director Analyst for IHS iSuppli, is a thought leader who provides technology leadership to a global team of senior and principal analysts that develop comprehensive and detailed analysis of the dynamic wireless and wireline communications and consumer electronic industries.
Mr. Rebello's research interests include mobile infrastructure, wireless connectivity, cloud services, solid state lighting and evolving mobile operator business models in the new paradigm of mobile broadband content. In particular, he looks at how operators around the world are evolving their service offerings, capex plans and business strategies to better compete for ownership of the consumer mobile experience and broadband spend.
Previously, Mr. Rebello worked with ADC Telecommunications as a Product Manager for several photonic components specific to the telecommunications market. He also successfully managed the optical spectroscopic detector line for Jobin Yvon, Inc.
Jagdish earned his PhD in mechanical engineering from Ohio State University and his MBA in finance and marketing from Rutgers University. His MS in mechanical engineering is also from Ohio State University while his BS in mechanical engineering was from the University of Bombay.
