  With almost two decades of experience, Kristal Snider has developed a keen understanding of the problems affecting the global electronics supply chain. Kristal is responsible for managing ERAI's complaint processing team, establishing complaint protocol, development of corporate policies and serves as the direct liaison to ERAI's Grievance Committee. In addition to her daily responsibilities at ERAI, Kristal serves on the G-19 Committee responsible for creating the current SAE AS 5553 Standard as well as various related G-19 Sub-committees.

  Greg Jaknunas is a product manager with IHS, with more than 21 years of experience in the development and management of information, parts, logistics, and standards solutions.
  Mr. Jaknunas is currently responsible for defining the customer-facing application functionality of the IHS Standards Expert product. Recent experience includes management of the IHS Haystack Gold parts and logistics solution. He has also focused on the integration of IHS content with customer's internal business systems, such as supply chain management, ERP and PDM systems, with the goal of improving business processes.
