      Dr. Nariman Behravesh is Chief Economist of IHS and author of Spin-Free Economics: A No-Nonsense, Nonpartisan Guide to Today's Global Economic Debates (McGraw-Hill). Directing the entire economic forecasting process at IHS, he is responsible for developing the economic outlook and risk analysis for the United States, Europe, Japan, China and other emerging markets. He oversees the work of over 400 professionals, located in North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa who cover economic, financial and political developments in over 200 countries.

      Behravesh is a "Bloomberg Best" and ranked as one of Bloomberg's Top-10 economists for 2009 and 2010. MarketWatch designated IHS Global Insight "Forecaster of the Year" in 2009 and has bestowed several Forecaster of the Month accolades since. He and his team were designated no. 1 in USA Today's 2004 ranking of top economic forecasters, and in Reuters' 2004 survey of major currency exchange rate forecasters. In 2008, he was ranked number 2 by USA Today. In The Wall Street Journal's annual ranking of US forecasters, Behravesh was ranked no. 3 (out of 56) for 2006 and was the only forecaster to place in the top six for 2003, 2004 and 2006. As the chief economics spokesperson at IHS, Behravesh is quoted extensively in the media on such topics as the outlook for the US and global economies, exchange rates, the budget deficit, the trade deficit, globalisation, country risk and sovereign debt crises. He is cited frequently in leading business publications such as the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Financial Times, USA Today, Investor's Business Daily, Business Week, Newsweek, Fortune, Forbes and US News and World Report. He also regularly appears on national radio and television programmes including BBC World Business Report, NBC Nightly News, CNN Headline News, The News Hour with Jim Lehrer (PBS), Fox News, CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Radio, and All Things Considered and Market Place on National Public Radio.

      Behravesh was the host of the PBS television series "Inside the Global Economy." In addition to his recent book, he has authored numerous articles in such publications as European Affairs and Credit Week, co-authored two books – Economics U$A (now in its 8th edition) and Microcomputers, Corporate Planning and Decision Support Systems – and was a contributing author to a book on scenario analysis, entitled Learning From the Future. His op-ed pieces have also appeared in the Financial Times, Newsweek International, The Times and the Boston Globe.

      Before joining IHS, Behravesh was chief economist for Global Insight (now an IHS company). Prior to that, he was chief international economist for Standard & Poor's. He also held a number of other positions, including president and CEO of Oxford Economics U.S.A. and Group Senior Vice President of WEFA. Early in his career Behravesh worked at the Congressional Budget Office and the Federal Reserve. He has been covering the global economy for over 35 years.

      Behravesh holds PhD and MA degrees in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has lived in Europe and the Middle East and is fluent in several languages. He travels extensively to Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

      Dr. Howard Archer, Chief European and UK Economist of the Country Analysis and Forecasting Group for IHS Global Insight, has 25 years' professional experience in economic analysis and forecasting. Previously, Dr. Archer served as chief European economist for Standard & Poor's DRI, which he had joined in June 2000.

      Dr. Archer manages a team of economists responsible for IHS Global Insight European macroeconomic work, and is heavily involved in all aspects of the analysis. He specialises in the UK and Eurozone economies. Dr. Archer deals extensively with the media and is widely quoted in the press, as well as appearing on television and the radio. He was a founder member of the CityA.M. newspaper's shadow Bank of England Monetary Policy Committee and served on it for several years.

      Prior to joining DRI, Dr. Archer was a senior economist in NatWest Group's market intelligence department, which he joined in 1987. He was responsible for the overall production of the department's major publication and in charge of the international forecasts. He also wrote briefing papers for the bank's senior executives.

      Dr. Archer is the author of several professional and academic articles that have appeared in publications such as the CBI European Business Handbook, as well as in the Accountancy and Treasurer magazines. Archer holds a PhD in multinational businesses from the University of Reading. He also holds an MA from the University of Reading and a BSc (Hons) from the University of Surrey.

      Aaron F. Brady, IHS CERA Director of Global Oil, is an expert in the global oil market, including downstream price dynamics, political and regulatory influences and economic trends. His analyses focus on the fundamentals of the North American refined product markets and on energy/environmental legislation and regulatory issues, including the role of alternative fuels. Mr. Brady is a regular contributor to the IHS CERA Global Oil Advisory Service, providing market analysis on supply and demand fundamentals and key trends in the global downstream industry for both the IHS CERA World Refined Product Outlook and the World Oil Watch. He is the author of several IHS CERA Private Reports, including an investigation of peak gasoline demand in the United States and the potential for plug-in hybrid electric cars. He was also a key contributor to the IHS CERA Multiclient Studies Growth in the Canadian Oil Sands: Finding the New Balance and Crossing the Divide: The Future of Clean Energy. Before joining IHS CERA Mr. Brady was a consultant in the oil industry, focusing on downstream regulatory issues including the transition to ethanol in the California gasoline market.

      Mr. Brady holds a BA from Amherst College and an MA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

      Anton is manager of the IHS Steel Service and the ferrous metals industry analyst for the firm's Cost and Industry Service. In addition to producing regular forecasts of steel production, demand, and price, he is also responsible for managing the relationship between IHS and major steel clients, including some of the largest mills in the United States, Japan, and Europe.

      He has an economics degree from Florida State University and a law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.

      In addition to his work with IHS Global Insight clients, Mr. Anton regularly provides steel industry analysis to magazines and dailies such as Purchasing Magazine, Steel Business Briefing, American Metal Market, Investor’s Business Daily, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Bloomberg, and Engineering News Record.

      Nigel Griffiths, Chief Automotive Economist for IHS Automotive, has more than 20 years experience in analysing and forecasting trends and has been with the company since 1992. Mr. Griffiths pioneered analysis of global platform strategies and predicted the extreme fragmentation now being seen in Europe's auto market.

      Griffiths' experience includes complex market segmentation studies, impact assessment of Emissions and CO2 legislation, competitive positioning of OEM's, deep-sea car transportation flows, production strategies, platform consolidation, OEM strategies, end-of-life exposure forecasting and alternative market simulation models.

      He holds an MBA from Cardiff Business School, where he specialised in the economics of the motor industry.
