IHS Land Data

Access the most complete, accurate and weekly updated land database, including coverage of:

IHS Land Text Data covers the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and is based upon Crown and Freehold land data from the IHS Land Department. The data uses text, symbols and boundary linework to represent key aspects of all Crown and Freehold lease dispositions simultaneously, without overlap or visual conflict. All information pertaining to lessee, zones, lease type, key dates, continuations and price paid is reviewed and adjusted as necessary to ensure optimal legibility at map scales of up to 1:75,000. The data is updated for every provincial sale result and posting and is thoroughly quality assured from data input to client delivery.

The data may be used in conjunction with IHS Mineral Land Data within an application. They can both be displayed uniquely, allowing for maximum flexibility in data viewing and analysis.
