IHS BRE Press is publisher for the Building Research Establishment (BRE), National House-Building Council (NHBC) Foundation and Transport Research Laboratory (TRL). Technical information and guidance for construction, sustainability and transportation professionals.

IHS BRE Press publishes over 50 BRE documents and 100 TRL documents each year.

The Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) is an internationally recognised centre of excellence providing world-class research, consultancy, testing and certification for all aspects of transport.

TRL publications are produced in five main categories:

IHS BRE Press publishes reports and guides for the NHBC Foundation. The Foundation was established in 2006 by the National House-Building Council in partnership with BRE Trust to deliver high-quality research and practical guidance to help the house building industry meet its challenges. Its work focuses primarily on sustainability and the challenges of the UK government's 2016 zero carbon homes target.

More than 40 reports have been published by IHS BRE Press and are available at the NHBC Foundation website.
