Mr. Stead will assume the role of IHS Executive Chairman of the Board on June 1, 2013.
Jerre Stead became Executive Chairman of IHS Inc. December 1, 2000, after retiring from Ingram Micro in May of 2000, where he served as Chairman and CEO. Jerre assumed the additional role of CEO for IHS Inc. on September 20, 2006.
He joined Ingram Micro in 1996 with a proven track record and is characterized as having great vision and global expertise. Mr. Stead took Ingram Micro public on November 1, 1996. Under his leadership Ingram Micro grew from an eight billion dollar company to a 30 billion dollar company doing business in over 120 countries. The company was number 41 in the Fortune 500 for the year 2000.
Mr. Stead began his career in 1965 at Honeywell, Inc., where he spent 21 years and held a number of executive management positions in the United States and Europe.
In 1987, he was named President and COO of Square D Company, a leading manufacturer of electrical distribution and factory automation products, based in Palatine, Illinois. He was promoted to Chairman, President and CEO in 1988 and served in that capacity through 1991.
In 1992, Mr. Stead was named Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Global Business Communications Systems. He was promoted to Executive Vice President of AT&T and Chairman and CEO of AT&T Global Information Solutions (NCR Corporation) in 1993. He was a member of AT&T Management Executive Committee. During this time Mr. Stead was also the chairman of NCR Japan, a publicly traded company.
He became chairman and CEO of the Legent Corporation January 2, 1995--leading its sale for over $2.2 billion in May of 1995 and resigned upon the successful merger in September of 1995.

Mr. Key will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer effective June 1, 2013.
Scott Key has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of IHS since January 2011. He served as Senior Vice President, Global Products and Services, from January through December 2010. Key joined IHS in 2003 to lead strategy, marketing and product teams for the IHS energy business, and has led transformation and growth across IHS operations in his eight years with the company. He was involved in supporting the IHS IPO, led corporate marketing and strategic planning, and has led acquisition integration efforts, including the largest IHS acquisitions. During his tenure at IHS, Key has held leadership positions that span each of the company's information and insight assets in economics, energy, security, product lifecycle and environment.
Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of IHS Global Insight starting in September, 2008. Based in London for 2007 and 2008, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Jane's and Chairman of IHS Fairplay. In addition, Key led the EMEA/APAC sales organization and IHS integrated sales team on a global basis. Based in Denver from 2003 to 2007, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Marketing and led Energy, Strategy, Products and Marketing.
Prior to joining IHS in 2003, he served as a senior executive in energy technology and services, based in Houston. Mr. Key served as deepwater development manager for Vastar Resources from 1998 to 2000 and was employed by Phillips Petroleum in a range of international and domestic roles of increasing scope from 1987 to 1998.
Mr. Key holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both physics and mathematics from the University of Washington in Seattle as well as a Master's degree in geophysics from the University of Wyoming.

Stephanie Buscemi is Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at IHS. She is responsible for marketing strategy, operations and execution across the full spectrum of IHS products and services globally. Functionally, this includes corporate marketing, product marketing, field marketing and ecommerce marketing and transactions.
She has served in senior marketing leadership roles within applications, analytics, cloud, database and technology and mobile over the past 18 years and serves as a member of the Palladium Execution Premium Community (XPC) Advisory Board, led by scorecard creators Dr. Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton. She is co-author of Driven to Perform, a resource book for all business professionals, providing them the tools to improve their business performance by showing them how to connect strategy, initiatives, execution, measurement and improvement.
Stephanie joined IHS in 2012, coming from SAP, where she spent five years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Solution Marketing responsible for all aspects of the go-to-market strategy and execution. She led in driving SAP's vision enabling revenue acceleration and continued market leadership across all industries and lines of business for its application and technology portfolios.
Prior to SAP, Stephanie was at Hyperion, acquired by Oracle, where she spent nearly a decade, in various marketing leadership positions building the performance management category and Hyperion's presence within. Earlier in her career, Stephanie was at Business Objects where she helped to establish their presence in the US market.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Jonathan Gear, Senior Vice President-Industrials

Jonathan Gear joined IHS in March 2005 and has a broad range of international experience working with major energy companies and providing strategic consulting services. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, he led global marketing and pricing & portfolio management across IHS, was SVP of the IHS Insight products and prior to that served as President and COO of IHS CERA, along with responsibilities in the areas of strategy, product management, marketing, and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to his work with IHS, Mr. Gear has held several management positions in the consulting, software, content and internet companies, with a large range of industry experience including energy, auto and multinational companies. While a consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton he worked on assignments in the oil, gas and energy industries, developing strategic plans at both the corporate and product level, and leading detailed implementation assignments focused on operational improvements for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Gear also served as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Activant Solutions, a leading technology provider of vertical business management solutions primarily serving the automotive, hardware/lumber, and wholesale distribution businesses, and directly managed Activant’s full European operations. In addition, he was Vice President of Quality & Customer Experience for Smarterwork.com, a multi-country business-to-business Internet-enabled business services company based in London, for which he also cross-managed local teams in five other countries.
Mr. Gear will oversee our electronics and media, automotive, financial services, and aerospace, defense and maritime business lines. He will also continue to directly lead the electronics and media business line.
Mr. Gear holds a BA magna cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Stephen Green, Executive Vice President, Legal & Corporate Secretary

Stephen Green was named Executive Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary in April, 2012. Mr. Green previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of IHS from 2003 through March, 2012. He was Vice President and General Counsel of IHS from 1996 to 2003 and was appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel in December 2003. Previously, Mr. Green was with the legal department of TBG Holdings N.V. (TBG) beginning in 1981.
Mr. Green holds a Bachelors degree from Yale University and a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School.
Anurag Gupta, Executive Vice President-Strategy, Products and Operations

Anurag Gupta has more than 20 years of experience focusing on business growth while guiding high-performing teams. He has served as President of EMEA for BrightPoint and, after they were acquired by Ingram Micro, continued to serve as executive vice president of Ingram and president of EMEA for the larger organization. He has also held leadership roles for Motorola and his leadership experience has covered Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. He rose quickly at Motorola in engineering, commercial and operating leadership roles.
An accomplished commercial and operations leader, Mr. Gupta has a strong track record of success in a variety of key global growth roles. Mr. Gupta leads the IHS core workflow business lines and support operations as well as corporate strategy. Connecting strategy, workflow platforms, information and worldwide technology development into one role under Anurag’s leadership will allow us to better drive consistent market delivery of platforms and achieve the milestones we are driving toward for our customers.
He has a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Toledo and a Masters of Business Administration from the IIT Stuart School of Business in Chicago. Anurag is based in Englewood.
Todd Hyatt, Senior Vice President-Chief Financial and IT Officer

Todd Hyatt was named Senior Vice President-Chief Financial and IT Officer in January 2013 to lead our global accounting and FP&A teams as well as the company’s worldwide IT operations. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer since October 2011 and Senior Vice President-Vanguard since 2010, leading the company's business transformation efforts. Mr. Hyatt previously served as Senior Vice President-Financial Planning & Analysis from 2007-2010. He also served as chief financial officer leading the Finance organization for the company’s engineering segment from 2005-2007.
Prior to joining IHS, Mr. Hyatt served as Vice President for Lone Tree Capital Management, a private equity firm. During his career, he also has worked for U S WEST / MediaOne where he was an Executive Director in the Multimedia Ventures organization and for AT&T. He started his career in public accounting, working at Arthur Young and Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Hyatt has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and a master’s degree in Management from Purdue University.
Sean Menke, Executive Vice President-Resources

Sean Menke joined IHS after holding roles as President and CEO of Pinnacle Airlines and leadership roles with Frontier Airlines where he became President and CEO and distinguished himself as a hands-on operational leader. He is a talented executive with significant depth in commercial and operating leadership roles. He has a depth of experience in operations, financial performance, marketing, strategic alliances, capital markets and with investors. He is an accomplished senior executive and innovative change agent with a proven track record of transforming complex issues into strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency. Distinguished as a hands-on operational leader, he has significant depth in commercial and operating leadership roles.
Mr. Menke will oversee our energy insight, energy technical and chemicals business lines. Combining these business lines under his leadership will allow us to better grow those functions as we continue to evolve our customer-centric model and continue to position IHS as the leader for information and analytics across all of our business lines and deliver increased value to customers.
Mr. Menke earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, and his Bachelor of Science in both economics and aviation management from Ohio State University. Sean is based in Englewood.

Jane Okun Bomba is Senior Vice President, Chief Sustainability, IR and Communications Officer at IHS. She is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in investor relations, integrated communications, brand and corporate finance including financial planning and analysis, and accounting. Jane has held the top investor relations position at multiple firms and joined IHS in 2004 as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. After helping IHS complete a successful IPO Jane assumed responsibility for many enterprise-wide initiatives including the development and implementation of a single global ERP replacing over 40 distinct billing and financial systems in 17 locations around the world, and launching the company’s Corporate Sustainability strategy and function, including the integration of sustainability and related performance metrics as a key corporate objective.
Prior to joining IHS, Jane was a partner with Genesis, Inc. and headed investor relations at Velocom, Inc., MediaOne Group and Northwest Airlines. Jane also held several management positions in corporate finance at both Northwest Airlines and American Airlines. She started her professional career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse in Detroit.
A native of New York, Jane holds both a BGS and an MBA from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. She also completed graduate studies at the Stockholm School of Economics. Jane serves on the boards of International Relief and Development, the National Investor Relations Institute, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Denver Economic Development Corporation.

Jeffrey Sisson was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2008. Previously, beginning in January 2005, he was Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources of IHS. From September 2002 to January 2005, Mr. Sisson was a Principal in Executive Partners, a private human resources consulting firm. From July 2001 to August 2002, Mr. Sisson was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for EaglePicher, Inc. From March 2000 to July 2001, he was Senior Director, Human Resources for Snap-on Incorporated. From February 1998 to February 2000, he was Director, Human Resources for Whirlpool Corporation.
Mr. Sisson holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from Michigan State University.
Brian Sweeney, Senior Vice President Global Sales

Brian Sweeney was named Senior Vice President of Global Sales in October 2011, with full responsibility for IHS global sales strategy, operations and execution for all products and services, managing field sales, inside sales and channel sales across the full breadth of IHS customer relationships.
Prior to joining IHS, Mr. Sweeney served as Vice President of America Software & Solutions for Hewlett-Packard starting in 2009. From 2005 to 2009 he served as Senior Vice President of US Commercial Federal & Legal Markets for LexisNexis, and from 2003 to 2005 he served as Group Vice President, North American Strategic Accounts for Oracle. Mr. Sweeney has also held sales leadership positions with Siebel Systems and IBM.
Mr. Sweeney holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
Richard Walker, Executive Vice President-Global Finance

Richard G. Walker was named Executive Vice President-Global Finance in January 2013 to lead our global finance organization, corporate development and acquisition integration efforts. Mr. Walker joined IHS in December 2006 and had served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer with prior leadership responsibility in Strategy, Marketing, Corporate Development and Alliances.
Before joining IHS, Mr. Walker was Chief Operating Officer at Autobytel Inc., where he had also served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy since January 2003. Previously, Mr. Walker served as Vice President for Lone Tree Capital Management from August 2000 to December 2002. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Corporate Development for MediaOne and also U S WEST Communications, where he was Executive Director of Corporate Development. Mr. Walker began his career as a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mr. Walker graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Colorado and holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Denver.
Daniel Yergin, IHS Vice Chairman

Daniel Yergin, IHS Vice Chairman, is a Pulitzer-Prize winning author and leading authority on energy, international politics and economics and is a recipient of the United States Energy Award for “lifelong achievements in energy and the promotion of international understanding.”
His latest book The Quest: Energy, Security, and the Remaking of the Modern World, has been hailed as “a fascinating saga” about the “quest for sustainable resources of energy” and “the book you must read to understand the future of our economy and our way of life.”
The Quest is the follow-up to Dr. Yergin’s previous book, The Prize: the Epic Quest for Oil Money and Power, which received the Pulitzer Prize and became a number one New York Times best seller that has been translated into 17 languages.
Other significant works by Dr. Yergin include Commanding Heights: The Battle for the World Economy; Russia 2010; Energy Future; and Shattered Peace. Dr. Yergin has also written for The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, The Atlantic, International Herald Tribune, and many other publications. He is also CNBC’s Global Energy Expert.
Both The Prize and Commanding Heights were made into award winning documentaries. The eight-hour miniseries The Prize was aired on PBS, BBC, and NHK and viewed by 20 million viewers in the United States alone. The 6-hour documentary of, Commanding Heights that Dr. Yergin produced received three Emmy nominations, the CINE Golden Eagle award, and the New York Festivals Gold World Medal for best documentary.
Dr. Yergin serves on the U.S. Secretary of Energy Advisory Board and chaired the U.S. Department of Energy’s Task Force on Strategic Energy Research and Development. He is a Trustee of the Brookings Institution, on the Board of the New America Foundation, and on the advisory boards of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Energy Initiative and the Institute for 21st Century Energy.
Dr. Yergin holds a BA from Yale University, where he founded The New Journal, and a PhD from Cambridge University, where he was a Marshall Scholar. He has taught at the Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
