IHS Promotes Scott Key to Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., – September 11, 2006 – IHS Inc. (NYSE: IHS), a leading global provider of critical technical information, decision-support tools, and strategic services, today announced Scott Key was promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing for the company.
Key joined IHS in 2003 as SVP of Strategic Marketing for the Energy segment, with responsibility for strategic planning, marketing communications and global products. Key brings to his new role over 20 years of U.S. and International experience in executive and operational management, marketing, strategic planning, product development, and large scale project management.

Key holds a master’s degree in geophysics from the University of Wyoming, and dual bachelor's degrees in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Washington.
